• How do I pay for my order?
  We use these payment methods:

• I have not received any order confirmation or download link, what do I do?
  First, please wait atleast 30 minutes meanwhile check your mail spam folder for an email sent from digital@nevostudios.eu. Otherwise, send us an email to: support@nevostudios.eu from your mail-adress that you used with your purchase and we will help you get your download link.

• My download will not start, what do I do?
  Send us an email to: support@nevostudios.eu from the mail-adress that you used with your purchase and we will help you get your download link.

• I lost my download link, what do I do?
  Go to “MY ACCOUNT” at digital.nevostudios.eu and log in to your profile. You can access all your purchases and downloads. Otherwise, send us an email to: support@nevostudios.eu from your mail-adress that you used with your purchase and we will help you get your download link.

• Is this a Plug-in?
  No, this is not an actually plugin. This is impulse responses made from actual reverb units, you will have to use these with a convolution reverb plug-in such as; Space Designer, Reverberate 3, convology XT, Altiverb or similar. You will mostly find a convolution reverb plug-in included in your DAW, otherwise there are some free convolution reverb plug-ins such as Convology XT by Impuse Record.

• Do these IR-files work with my DAW?
  Our Impulse response files works with all DAW´s that supports convolution reverb plug-ins or has one as stock plugin. DAW’s with a convolution reverb plug-in as stock:
  -Pro Tools (Space is included in the Avid Complete Plugin Bundle, which is also included with all Pro Tools | Ultimate subscriptions)
  -Logic Pro X
  -Cubase Pro
  -Reaper
  -FL Studio
  -Studio One
  -Ableton Live

• Which convolution reverb plug-ins do we offer presets for?
  Space designer (Native to Logic Pro)
  REVerense (Native to Cubase PRO)

• How do I install?
  In the downloaded folder there are instructions and presets for the most common convolution reverb plug-ins both for MAC and PC.
  
  
• IR’s are made in 48kHz, can I use it in project at eg. 44.1kHz?
  Yes, all convolution reverb plugins convert the plackback in real-time for you. So, its no need to convert the files to a lower or higher sample rate.

• Will you guys release more awesome reverbs in the future?
  Of course, please send us your favorite reverb that you want us to print!
